Fire

For the second of our Elements concert series, we give you... FIRE!

This evening of mostly contemporary a cappella offerings includes various interpretations of this most charismatic element: divine fire, the fire of the human spirit, the fire of love, of passion and of anguish, mythological immortal fire, the sun, poetic fire, and the physical element itself.

Through an eclectic selection of music ranging from the 15th century to the present day, we explore our fascination with fire and flame, celebrating this element that can be life-giving and destructive in equal parts.
